Mr John Lee, Head of Performance, Rewards & Benefits at Standard Chartered Bank, joined us this month to share his life stories and experience of establishing connections with others in both professional and social networks. The students who joined the session were keen to ask him about changing majors at university and experiencing cultural differences. They also asked for tips on what to do after graduation and whether having a full-time job right after a Bachelor’s degree was necessary.
