We are glad to let you know that the new THEi Helpdesk System has been launched and started the pilot run. You can submit your helpdesk requests or enquiries by email to thei-it-helpdesk@thei.edu.hk. A ticket will be generated to you automatically to keep track of the status of the request and enquiry.
Besides, you can also visit the THEi IT Helpdesk Portal (https://it-helpdesk.thei.edu.hk/support/home) to submit your requests and get some useful information, including tips on using IT systems.
