On 18 October, 2021, Dr Emil Li from SGEL was invited to deliver a talk to a group of NCS secondary students in Delia Memorial School (Hip Wo), which takes up quite a large body of ethnic minority students in Hong Kong. During the talk, Emil offered advice to these students on how to equip themselves for higher education and employment in the local context, and what soft skills they need and how to sharpen such skills. Delia students were very outspoken and cheerful. Most of them expressed their interest in studying disciplines related to sports, business and engineering.
