Dear Colleagues and Students,
THEi Fashion Design programme co-organised with NetDragon Websoft (HK) Limited and Cherrypicks Limited, conducted a project entitled ‘Hong Kong Move On – NFT x School Mural Art Project’, to show how art is linked to innovative technology and how creativity can be translated into invaluable digital assets for our next generation. A total of 32 schools, including post-secondary institutions, primary, secondary schools and 26 local artists actively participated in the completion of 33 murals and more than 3,000 NFTs.
Among them, our fashion design students, CHAN Koo Man Circle and WONG Sze Wing Jasmine, also used fabrics and paints to create their murals, which were exhibited on THEi campus and cast into NFT. Both projects are now showing in Learning Commons until 23 March 2023. You are more than welcome to visit these projects during our opening hours.
