7 CAM students and 1 CAM graduate competed in the Hong Kong International Culinary Classic at HOFEX this past week. This is a record first for THEI and CAM to be represented at this premier culinary competition.
Students competed and were awarded medals in Pastry, Western and Chinese Cuisine events and brought home 10 medals (5 silver and 5 bronze). Our students trained and practiced very hard over the summer and we are very proud of their results and accomplishments.
